By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

GENERAL COMMISSION TERMS

✦ Please write in a clear and polite manner when messaging.✦ Provide clear references when required.✦ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.✦ I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.✦ Commission prices are subject to change at any time, but price changes will not apply if a client is in the queue for a commission and they made their commission request before the change took place.✦ Clients must state whether their commission will be used solely for personal use or if they intend to use it commercially and potentially profile off of the work. Commercial work will always require an additional fee.✦ Clients must state whether or not they would like their commission to remain private. Private commissions will always require an additional fee.✦ If a client requests a larger commission that has a deadline of two weeks or less, rush fees may apply.

PAYMENT

✦ All commissions must either be paid in full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% once the sketch phase is confirmed to be satisfactory by the client.✦ The only currency accepted is USD.✦ Payment can only be made either via Ko-fi, PayPal, or Cashapp.✦ Payment cannot be made in the form of cash or check.✦ Before paying, a client must provide their email so that they may receive an invoice.

PROCESS

✦ The client must provide a clear idea of the work they would like. The artist will then provide the client with the rate.✦ The client must provide clear reference images if required.✦ Work will be started once either full payment has been received or 50% payment has been received. I, the artist, will confirm with the client that I have received payment.✦ Work in Progress will be given to the client in the form of a low-resolution image after each phase (sketch/line art and color/shading).✦ If the client has decided to pay 50% upfront, the other 50% must be paid once they have confirmed with the artist that the sketch is ready for lining and coloring. Lining will be started once the artist has confirmed with the client that full payment has been received.✦ Time-consuming changes after the sketching phase will require an additional fee. Small changes (Examples: Changing the character's hairstyle, changing a character's nose shape, etc.) is free. Large changes (Example: A pose redraw, a change in outfit, etc.) will require an additional payment of 20% of the full price. Change fees must be made upfront when a change is required. Changes will not be made until the artist has confirmed that payment has been made.✦ If I, the artist, have missed any details that were previously stated or shown in a reference image (Example: Character markings, incorrect expression, etc.), changes will be made without a required fee.✦ If a client requests an edit that falls under "style" rather than technical details, it will be refused.✦ If the client is commissioning multiple pieces, the client can either choose to pay the amount for the entire project upfront/50-50 or choose to pay upfront/50-50 on a piece-by-piece basis.✦ Work will be started as soon as possible once payment has been received. If asked, the artist will inform the client if there is a queue of commissioned work and will keep them informed of their place in line.✦ The client will be sent a high-resolution PNG of their commission via email or Ko-fi download once the client has confirmed that the work is to their satisfaction.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

✦ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client.✦ Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to:
- Promote myself.
- Display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.✦ The client is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Share the artwork on their own social media pages and/or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.✦ If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.✦ The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.✦ A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of the original price. With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork unless it is for NTF or Ai use. You may also change it to your liking to promote your own brand. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.✦ Private commissions will always inquire a 50% fee.✦ I, as the artist, will always refuse to do business with any client who wishes to use my artwork for NTF and AI purposes. A client must admit and confirm if they will use the artwork for NFT or AI purposes or not when requesting to purchase commercial rights for the art I will create for them. If a client disguises the fact they will make NTF and AI with the artwork or chooses to use the artwork to create NTF and AI in the future after purchasing commercial rights, their rights to everything I have ever made for them will be retracted, they will be blacklisted, and they will be forbidden to commission me ever again.

CANCELING / REFUND POLICY

✦ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.✦ 100% refunds will never be made once the sketch phase has been completed and approved. If a cancellation and refund is required after the sketch phase, the artist will only refund 50% of what has been paid
✦ Any requests for a refund after the final product has been received and approved will be declined.✦ If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to what I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to repurpose the artwork for myself or new buyers. Any client that fails to respect the terms of service will be blacklisted and forbidden to commission me ever again.

GENERAL ADOPT TERMS

By buying/owning a design of mine, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to buying the design.

✦ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and the transaction will be canceled if it occurs.✦ I, the artist, have the right to decline or cancel a transaction for any reason.✦ If a client wishes to obtain a design from me, the transaction must be paid in full upfront before the design is transferred over.✦ If a client is not able to pay full upfront at the time they wish to obtain the design, they may request the design to be put on hold for up to two weeks. If the design has not been paid for after two weeks, the design will go back up for sale to the public.✦ The only currency accepted is USD.✦ Payment can only be made either via Ko-fi, PayPal, or Square.✦ Payment cannot be made in the form of cash or check.✦ Before paying, a client must provide their email so may they receive an invoice.✦ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced art I’ve made for the design and have the right to promote the art as I wish. However, once the design is bought, all commercial rights for the design itself now belong to the client.✦ The client is allowed to edit, alter, and change the design and art I’ve made for the design as much as they’d like after buying it.✦ The client is allowed to resell the design at any time and on any social media, however, please do not resell it for higher than the original price they were received at unless additional content has been added!✦ Credit is still required for usage of the design and art I’ve made, even if altered, edited, or resold.✦ Any client that fails to respect the terms of service will be blacklisted and forbidden to buy a design from me ever again.

✦ As the artist, I retain the right to refuse any subject content that I am not comfortable drawing. Below is a list of subjects I will refuse no matter what. If you have any questions about a subject that is not listed below, please contact me about it before you apply for a commission.✦ Subjects I will NEVER draw (For my own comfort and safety):
- Racist / Sexist / Homophobic Topics
- Hard Drugs
- Cannibalism
- Intense Inflation
- Hardcore Vore
- Watersports / Scat / Gas
- (NSFW) Necrophilia
- (NSFW) Underage Characters
- (NSFW) Noncon
- (NSFW) Incest
- (NSFW) Feral✦ If a client requests to commission a NSFW (sexual) piece, they may be required to send ID proof to confirm that they are of age. If a client requests a NSFW (sexual) piece with others, they must provide everyones ID and proof of everyone confirming the commission idea. When providing proof of age, the client only needs to show their date of birth, the name provided on their PayPal or Cashapp account, and their username written on paper beside their ID. The rest of the client's information may be blurred out or covered if they wish to do so. If this can not be provided, the commission will be refused.

Hey there! Here is a short Q&A to help ease some worries or confusion for anyone who may be interested in commissioning me! I aim to be as transparent & open as possible when it comes to my work, & these are the questions I get asked the most. I will be updating this page over time if I happen to get more recurring questions! I hope this is of any help to anyone, & of course, if something isn't answered here, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected]Where are commission openings posted / announced?
Do you have a pinglist? Can you DM me when you open?My commissions are almost ALWAYS open, so I do not have a ping list. However, if you'd like to keep up to date with new items, upcoming news, or any other announcements, be sure to join my Discord or follow me on Bluesky, Twitter, or Tumblr. I'm most active on those platforms!What species can you draw?While most of my art contains anthropomorphic animals, I am also open to drawing quadrupedal animals, humans, mechs, aliens, and other fictional creatures! I just enjoy drawing furries the most! :)I want to commission you, but I don't have a reference sheet. What do I do?That's ok! As long as there are visual references of some sort, such as other pieces of art you have of the character, a quick doodle, or even a character moodboard, I can work with it! However, I may automatically decline a commission if the reference material is not clear enough, suffering from excessive JPEG artefacts, or is heavily shaded.Can I commission you for something that isn't listed on your website?Yes! The items on my website are just an idea of what I can create with already made examples and general pricing, but if you'd like to commission a piece that doesn't appear to fit what's listed, let me know & we can work something out! I'm open to trying out things that are different from my usual!Can I use or post your art anywhere with credit?As long as my art isn't being altered or manipulated without permission, not being used for AI or other malicious intent, & it was made specifically for you, I do not mind as long as I have been credited! You may also make personalized merch with my art, meaning as long as it isn't being used for profit, it's completely alright with me!What is the Process Like? How many WIPs will I get?Clients will receive at least one rough concept sketch per commission. I will continue to send WIPs with edits until the sketch is accepted. After being approved, I will continue to work on the piece to completion, unless more WIPs are requested! Clients are allowed to ask for as many updates as they wish, or also request to not get any WIPs at all if they'd like to be surprised!My turnaround time varies greatly based on what is ordered, but I don't typically take longer than a month on a piece. My Trello is always kept up to date, but if I seem to be taking a bit longer on your piece, don't hesitate to reach out to ask where I'm at! I won't mind at all!
